OUR SELECTION PROCEDURE

We ensure that the following steps are being taken to send the most suitable employees from India.
1. We are first taking preliminary interviews of personnel by our skilled and qualified staff to determine the background, skill and competence of candidates. Placing the right persons on the right jobs is only a part of our comprehensive service, psychological testing is done for selected candidates.

2. After preliminary interviews and medical examinations we are sending the candidates to government-recognized Technical Institute/s for trade tests.

3. Verification of past working background is made and all testimonials of the candidates are checked thoroughly in order to recruit reliable, disciplined, dedicated, healthy and hard-working employees.

4. After short listing the candidates with proper interviews, scrutiny and tests, we submit the relevant documents to the employers for their own appraisal, and if the need arises, our Careers representative visits Bombay for the final selection. We also undertake the job of final selection by our qualified personnel, if you assign the responsibility to us.

3. We will arrange Government formalities, i.e. Immigration clearance, visa endorsement on behalf of the employer.

4. Airline reservation : After completion of airline seats we will inform our principals well in advance about the arrival date, Flight No. and ETA of Employees.

5. Uniforms : On the special request from the employer we can also provide uniforms for easy identification by the employer on arrival.

6. Selected candidates are required to attend a comprehensive orientation programme. This orientation course prepares candidates for living and working in foreign environment. The programme includes lectures on the culture and tradition of the host country, local custom guidelines for personal conduct, etc.

EMPLOYERS RESPONSIBILITIES

1. As per government Rules and Regulations now in force, Employers are required to send the following documents which are mandatory for Visa Endorsement and Immigration clearance formalities of the selected employees.
a. Appointment of Recruiting Agent by the Employer by issuing power of Attorney, Demand Letter and Authority Letter for Visa Endorsement from Embassy/Consulate (as per specimens).

b. Photocopy of Company's Commercial Registration (C.R.copy and original Visa slips must be sent to us.

c. Individual contract agreement with foreign employer and Indian workers duly attested by the chamber commerce and industry and from the Indian Embassy must be sent to us.
